Hello lovelies… ever felt like this?
We all have our “stuff”, right? No one is spared, yet we’re all so very different. To release some of those built up emotions, I often take to writing it all down. Sometimes those writings turn into scrapbook pages, and sometimes they stay typed up on my computer. Sometimes they get torn up and thrown away. Sometimes they lay around my office or if they’re lucky they’ll find their way into my “one day I’ll scrap these” tin. Either way, I find it so therapeutic to release those thoughts and emotions from my body, through my fingers, onto paper or the computer. Often my writing leads to a deeper understanding of how I truly feel, and from there, I can heal and grow.
