Project Life 2013 – Week 5

Project Life   /

I absolutely love the colours for Week 5 of my Project Life this year. Then again… who doesn’t love them some aqua at the moment?! It’s times like this I’m grateful that the school uniform is green. So nice of the school to consider scrapbookers when choosing their colours, don’t you think?! 🙂

Other than the minor car accident, this was a beautiful week for our family having Scooter start school, so the gorgeous colours and patterns of Project Life Olive Edition suited perfectly.

 The left hand side is simple – a couple of doodled October Afternoon alpha stickers for ‘wk’ and the EK Success ‘5’ smothered in white Stazon. Of course, my staple Amy Tangerine date stamp makes an appearance also, inked with some green VersaColor. Simple, but I absolutely love the results.

Once again, zero embellishing on the right hand side. I didn’t realise until this blog post just how little I embellish my PL pages. Quite the opposite to my traditional layouts!
{ P.S. Seriously… how cute can one little man get?! }

Materials: Becky Higgins Project Life Design A pocket page protectors, Becky Higgins Project Life Olive Edition cards, EK Success chipboard alpha, October Afternoon alpha stickers, Amy Tangerine date stamp, VersaColor ink, White Stazon ink. With special appearances by 4 cute kids, 1 doting grandfather, 1 flattering green top haha
